What does "Server Load" mean?

Server Load is broken down as how many processes are waiting in the queue to access the computer processor. Server Load is calculated for a specific time period.

The smaller the number, the better the servers performance and responsiveness.

I noticed my Server Load is higher or elevated, why is this?

It is likely another client account is causing high server load. Our Staff carefully monitors all systems, and will suspend any account that is responsible for the issue and restore the server to a normal load. The user will be notified of the situation and requested to review his services and troubleshoot the problem. When the issue is resolved his account will be unsuspended at no expense to them.
